The photos on the left are me at my unhealthiest and my heaviest. I woke up every day tired, congested, and achy. I had numerous migraines, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, mood swings, anxiety attacks, food cravings and excessive eating habits. To top it all off I was also diagnosed with breast cancer.
By the way, I "thought" I was eating healthy because I bought organic food, and limited processed foods, chemicals & dyes. Boy was I wrong! I wish I knew then what I know now, I probably could have avoided getting cancer and would have felt like I was 45 not 85!
Getting healthy helped me lose the weight (55 lbs) and losing the weight helped me get healthy. They work together! I learned what to eat to nourish my body and I learned WHEN to eat to lose the weight. I've lived it, and continue to live it, so I know what it takes to help you attain abundant wellness!

I will never forget the day that I heard the words, “You have breast cancer”. It was a month before my 45th birthday, and all I could think of is “How is this possible? What are my daughters going to do without a mother?” I didn’t let fear get in my way, and I picked up my big girl panties and fought and won. I continue to be cancer free!
I always tell people that having cancer was a gift! It woke me up from having an unhealthy diet & lifestyle and focused me toward my journey toward Abundant Wellness!
I used to think that being healthy was eating “health food”, but came to realize that “health food” is REAL nutrient-dense food that our bodies need to thrive. But, being healthy is also the thoughts that fill our minds and the feelings within our hearts. It’s finding the things that bring us joy, nurturing the relationships that bring us love, and following the passions that ignite our souls. It’s believing in ourselves, finding our strength within, and accepting the things we cannot change.
Once I combined the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of wellness into my journey, I began walking the path towards Abundant Wellness
